Take Advantage of the Crossover Time You Still Have with Baby Boomers!

Just like when you toook over the job from your predecessor, you may have complained that you didn’t get “crossover” enough time, to learn the nuances and finer details of your job, you may do the same with Baby Boomers.

You Millenials, Gen X, and Gen Z professionals…take advantage of the “crossover” time you still have with Boomers!   

We won’t be around forever, so use us…pick our brain.  We have so much to share with you if you’re willing to take notes and ask questions.

Thanks to the 7.2 million “able bodied men” out there who have decided not to come back to work, we Boomers have lots of jobs to fill in while these unemployed dudes get back into their monkey suit and back to work.


Boomers:   Born 1946 – 1964 (age 59 to 77)

Gen X:        Born 1965 – 1979 (age 44 to 58)

Millenials:   Born 1980 – 1994 (age 29 to 43)

Gen Z:        Born 1995 – 2012 (age 11 to 28)

Alpha:         Born 2013 – 2025 (not working)

Thanks to all the able bodied men who refuse to come to work, we Boomers will have to keep “filling in” the gaps for the Help Wanted signs posted all over the economy.

So let’s all get along at work…and even better, let’s have fun working together, regardless of our age differences.

We have so much to learn from each other!

Boomers, Millenials, etc, keep an open mind, just like we Boomers do, and we will achieve greater synergy for our organizations!

Let’s embrace our diversity of age and generational differences.

We really have so much to learn from each other…to make a better workplace and a better world.
