John is the founder of MuniTemps with 36 years’ experience in municipal administration, finance, purchasing, IT, risk management, and personnel administration. John has held numerous positions as Administrative Analyst in Public Works, Accounting Manager and Finance Director, Administrative Services Director, City Treasurer, Assistant General Manager, Acting City Manager, and a variety of interim staffing assignments for various municipal agencies. John has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance) from San Diego State University and a Master of Public Administration from Cal State University San Bernardino. John is also licensed to practice public accounting in California, license #89629.
With the 36 years of municipal work experience, John has established a reputation and a broad network of contacts with City employees and staff from Special Districts, and the private sector for the optimal recruiting targets that will serve the temporary and interim staffing needs of municipalities in California and across the USA.
